The problem
The estate spans land management, events and hospitality. Staff had begun experimenting with AI tools individually, but there was no shared strategy, governance or agreed view of where the greatest value lay. Knowledge was spread across more than twenty separate systems.
What I did
- Ran leadership workshops to map current systems and priorities.
- Moved quickly from concept to a working demo, so the team could see and shape the solution rather than respond to slides.
- Agreed a sequenced roadmap across tactical and strategic phases.

- AI Discovery Report delivered, covering current-state systems and opportunities.
- A secure, governed AI workspace defined for every team member.
- Potential savings of around £200k a year identified.
