I worked with a recruitment group to develop an extensible AI recruitment platform for use across its businesses, managed locally and built to support consultants’ day-to-day work.

The challenge

The group wanted an AI platform that could support its individual businesses while allowing them to manage its use locally. The aim was to improve consultants’ efficiency through a capability that could develop over time.

My role

I worked with the group to develop a shared AI recruitment platform, using AI in the development process and focusing the product on supporting the work of recruitment consultants.

What we developed

An extensible AI platform that provides a foundation for use across the group, with management at individual-business level. The platform augments consultants’ capabilities and supports more efficient ways of working.

Results

A deployed AI recruitment platform that supports consultants and improves day-to-day efficiency, with local management.
