Summary

Led the redesign and replatform of OS Maps at Ordnance Survey, launched in early 2024. OS Maps is used by walkers, cyclists and outdoor enthusiasts.

What I did

I led the comprehensive redesign of the OS Maps app, creating a modern interface and a robust platform architecture to support future service delivery and development.

Overseeing the five-year Strategic Product Plan, I introduced new feature rollouts and spearheaded international market expansion, with a strong emphasis on UX design maturity, data-driven decision-making, and competitor analysis.

Outcome

The redesigned OS Maps launched in early 2024.
